New: every part of your salon, talking to each other.

See how it works

Why Hayven

Today your booking page, your turn app and your marketing don’t know about each other, so your front desk fills the gaps by hand. In Hayven, every part tells the others what it knows. Your POS keeps doing payments.

  • Keep your POS
  • Set up for you
  • No new hardware
  • English & Tiếng Việt

How most salons run today

Four apps. Three screens. One tired front desk.

A POS for payments. The booking page that came with it. A turn app. Marketing software. Each one does its own job. None of them knows what the others know.

  • Your POS

Knows who paid. Not who’s coming, or what brought them in.

  • The POS booking page

Takes bookings. Never hears about your walk-ins.

  • Your turn app

Counts turns. Can’t see who’s booked or who just checked in.

  • Your marketing software

Sends the texts. Never finds out who came in.

What falls through the cracks

  1. Your desk juggles three screens.

Jess checks in. Someone adds her to the turn app, then looks up her 2:00 on the POS calendar. One client, three screens.

  2. The turn app can’t see the calendar.

At 1:31 it hands a 45-minute walk-in to Helen. Helen has Jess at 2:00. Now Jess waits, or Helen rushes.

  3. Walk-ins never reach the booking page.

Min takes a walk-in at 11:00. Online, Min still looks free at 11:15. Two clients, one chair.

  4. Marketing never learns who came in.

People signed up for your Gel-X Fall Special. Who actually sat down? Nobody can tell you.

Your POS isn’t the problem. The gaps between your apps are.

Your POS sits beside the loop. It rings up the ticket. That’s its whole job.

Do it once. It shows up everywhere.

Because it knows

Ten things separate apps can’t do.

Each one only works when two parts of your salon know about each other. Here’s what you’d see in Hayven.

  1. Turns know the calendar.

At 1:31 a walk-in wants a 45-minute Gel-X. Helen has the fewest turns, but Jess is due at 2:00. Turns passes over Helen this time, and she keeps her place in line.

    What you see in Hayven

    • Thy · Next in turn
    • Helen · appt 2:00
  2. Turns know how a client booked.

Olivia booked “Anyone” online. When her visit starts, Turns offers the tech whose turn it is. The tech the booking page picked is one tap away.

    What you see in Hayven

Booked online as Anyone (with Ly)

    · Keep Ly
  3. Online booking knows what Turns did.

Min takes a walk-in at 11:00 on Turns. The visit lands in Min’s calendar column, so online booking can’t sell that time. Min finishes 15 minutes early and taps Done. The rest of her time goes back on your booking page.

    Walk-in Min

  4. Check-in knows the booking and the offer.

Jess types her phone number. The iPad says “We have you down for today, with Helen,” and her first-visit offer applies on its own.

    What you see in Hayven

20% OFF New Client Offer applies to today’s visit

  5. The calendar knows which promo brought her.

Jess’s card shows where she came from, and her visit counts toward that promo.

    What you see in Hayven

    Jess Tran · Gel-X Full Set + Cat Eye · 2:00 PM

  6. Your ads know who came in.

Jess tapped your Instagram ad and signed up. Your Leads list shows where she really came from, then “Came in” after her visit. Once we connect your ad account, Meta ad spend comes in on its own, so your campaign report puts what you spent next to the visits it brought.

  7. Invite rewards know the friend came in.

Tiffany sent her invite link to Olivia, and Olivia got your 20% first-visit offer. Olivia checks in on the salon’s iPad. When her visit is done, Tiffany earns $10 off her next visit and gets a text. A sign-up alone earns nothing.

  8. Review texts know the visit is done.

Clients are asked about an hour after Done, between 9 AM and 8 PM. No-shows and canceled visits are skipped. Once a client reviews you on Google, Hayven stops asking.

  9. Missed-call texts know the calendar.

Tiffany calls at 1:10 and nobody can pick up. She gets a text right away that knows she’s your 2:30.

    What you see in Hayven

Hi Tiffany, it’s My Nail Spa. Sorry we missed your call! Running late or need to change your 2:30 PM today? Reply here and we’ll let Megan know. Reply STOP to opt out.

  10. No-show fees know the card on file.

Your 5:00 client booked online and saved a card. Nothing was charged. She never came, so her visit ends No-show, and your desk can charge your no-show fee to that card. Never automatic, and only staff you allow.

A day at My Nail Spa

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Watch the parts talk.

A busy Saturday. Six techs, a full book, walk-ins all day. Each moment is two parts of Hayven telling each other something, so your desk doesn’t have to.

Tomorrow’s clients get their reminder at 9:00 AM salon time, with a link to reschedule. Not at 6 AM.

Reminder: Your appointment at My Nail Spa is tomorrow, October 18 at 11:00 AM.

  2. Online booking → Calendar

Olivia books a Gold Pedicure for 3:30 and picks “Anyone.” Hayven puts her with a real tech, Ly, right away. No made-up “Anyone” column. No double-booking.

  3. Turns → Calendar & booking page

A walk-in wants a Deluxe Manicure. Min takes her on Turns, and the visit shows up in Min’s column, so 11:00 with Min isn’t sold online. Min taps Done at 11:30, and the rest of her time is open online again.

  4. Marketing → Inbox & Leads

Kim taps your Instagram ad for the Gel-X Fall Special and signs up. Her thread opens in your inbox as a new lead. Your desk texts her back in one tap, and she books Sunday at 12:00. Your Leads list shows where she came from and that she booked.

Keep your POS. Connect everything else.

Switching POS means new hardware, a new merchant account, and retraining your whole team. For most salons, it isn’t worth it, and you don’t have to. Keep ringing up clients the way you do today. Hayven handles everything that happens before they reach the register.

Made for nail salons

Built for how a nail salon really runs.

Walk-ins and bookings. Turns. Hands and feet at the same time. Hayven was made for this.

  • Fair turns, your rules

Services under $35 can count as 0 turns. You choose how requested clients count: the same, half, or none. A passcode guards “Start over.”

Texting rules, handled

Plays by the rules, so you don’t have to learn them.

Texting clients comes with real rules. Hayven follows them for you, every time.

  • Proof of every yes

Each sign-up saves when they agreed, the exact words they saw, and the page they were on.

  • Only people who said yes

Marketing texts stay off for a client until they agree. STOP always wins.

  • Quiet at night

No marketing texts from 8 PM to 8 AM, salon time. Stricter state rules are built in.

  • STOP and HELP, always on

Reply STOP and they’re out. Reply START and they’re back in.

  • Your number, registered

We register your texting number with the carriers (10DLC). Marketing texts wait until it’s approved.

  • Privacy and terms pages

Your salon’s privacy policy and terms pages are set up for you.

  • The same review link for everyone

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they switch.

Do I have to give up my POS?

No. Keep your POS for payments, your card terminal and your merchant rates. Hayven runs booking, check-in, turns, texts, calls and marketing around it. When a visit is done, you tap Done and paste the ticket into your POS.

Does Hayven plug into my POS?

No, and it doesn’t need to. The parts that need to know about each other, like booking, check-in, turns and marketing, are all in Hayven. Your POS just rings up the ticket.

Isn’t this just more apps in one box?

No. Plenty of apps put many tools in one box. What matters is whether the tools know about each other. In Hayven, Turns can see the calendar, check-in can see the booking, and marketing can see who came in. That’s how Turns knows to skip Helen when her 2:00 is due.

Do I have to use every part?

No. You can start with online booking and turns, and add check-in and marketing later. Each part you turn on works with the parts you already use.

How long does switching take?

Your part is about an hour on one call. Send us a photo, PDF or link of your menu, and Hayven reads your services and prices. We set up your add-ons, techs, booking page and Bio Page. You keep your POS, so there’s nothing to rip out.

Do I need new hardware?

No. Check-in runs on your own iPad or a printed QR poster. The calendar and Turns run in a web browser on the computers and iPads you already have.

Is Hayven in Vietnamese?

The app is in English. Our support team speaks English and Tiếng Việt. Hayven also understands Vietnamese names: search works without accents, and Vietnamese voicemails are written out in Vietnamese with an English summary.

Will my texts follow the rules?

Yes. Marketing texts only go to clients who agreed, never between 8 PM and 8 AM salon time, and STOP always works. We register your number with the carriers before marketing texts go out.

Who pays for marketing texts?

Our marketing team does. Marketing texts, like promos and follow-ups, are included in the done-for-you marketing package.

How much does it cost?

We’ll walk you through pricing on your demo, with your own menu and team size. Questions before that? Call or text (866) 970-6888, in English or Tiếng Việt.
