Delete your Hayven account

The short version

  • Salon owners and technicians can delete their Hayven login in the app, in a few taps. No need to contact us.
  • Deleting your account removes your login in every salon and stops push alerts on your phone. You can't sign in with it again.
  • The salon keeps its own records: your staff profile (name, email, phone) and its appointments, sales, and messages, which keep your name as history.
  • Can't sign in, or don't have the app? Call or text (866) 970-6888 or email support@hayven.ai. We delete your account within 45 days.
  • Salon clients don't have a Hayven account. Ask your salon, or email us, to delete your information.

Delete your account in the app

For salon owners and technicians who use the Hayven app.

  1. Open the Hayven app and sign in.
  2. Tap More, then Delete my account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
  4. If you signed in more than a few minutes ago, the app asks you to confirm it’s you with your password or a code we email you.

Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out.

Delete your account without the app

Use this if you can’t sign in, or you don’t have the app.

  1. Call or text (866) 970-6888, or email support@hayven.ai.
  2. Tell us the name, phone number, or email you use with Hayven, and that you want your account deleted.
  3. We confirm it’s you, usually by checking details we already have.
  4. We delete your account within 45 days.

What is deleted

  • Your Hayven login (your sign-in account) in every salon you belong to.
  • The push alerts on your phone. We stop sending them.
  • Your profile photo and your time-clock PIN.

After this, you can’t sign in with that account again.

What the salon keeps

Your staff profile at each salon stays with that salon as its record of who worked there: your name, email, and phone number. Appointments, sales, and messages also belong to the salon, not to you. The salon keeps them, and the ones you made or sent keep showing your name as history. Some records may also be kept where the law requires it, such as records of consent to receive texts.

If you are a salon’s only owner

We can’t delete the login of a salon’s only owner. First make someone else an owner in Hayven. Or contact us at (866) 970-6888 or support@hayven.ai, and we can close the salon.

If you are a salon client

If you book with a salon, you don’t have a Hayven account. Your information belongs to that salon. Ask the salon to delete it, or email support@hayven.ai and we will help the salon do it. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
