How it works

You run the salon. We run the marketing.

You don’t need to know marketing. Our team does the work inside Hayven. You see the results where you already look: your calendar.

  1. We learn your salon.

One call. Your best services, your slow days, and the deal you’re happy to give.

  2. We build it and run it.

Your Bio Page, first-visit offer, promo pages, Facebook and Instagram ads, follow-up texts and Google profile. The marketing texts are part of the package.

  3. You see who came in.

Bookings from our work are marked on your calendar. Reports shows this week’s results.

Done-for-you marketing is an optional add-on. Ask about it on your demo.

Why you can see it. Marketing in Hayven knows your…

  • Calendar

Marks each booking “From” the promo that brought it.

  • Check-in

Holds the first-visit offer when the client arrives.

  • Turns

Shows the desk the offer, so nobody forgets the discount.

  • Google reviews

Asks after the visit is Done.

Bio Page

One link for Instagram, TikTok and Google. It books clients.

Your salon gets its own web page, like yoursalon.hayven.salon. Clients book, call, text, get directions and see your prices. We set it up in your colors.

  • 8 designs to start from, like Noir Gold, Blush Petal and Chrome Gloss.
  • “Open now”, your hours and your Google stars update by themselves.
  • A holiday pop-up, a countdown for a live promo, and your first-visit offer for new visitors.
  • Tap any part of the preview, and the editor jumps right to it.

Where they came from

  • TikTok 92

Most link-in-bio pages stop at clicks. Yours counts all the way to came in, because Hayven is your calendar too.

Bookings made on another booking site can’t be counted.

New Client Offer

A first-visit gift regulars can’t fake.

Pick one gift, like 20% off the first visit. New clients claim it with their phone number. Hayven takes it from there, all the way to the chair.

  1. Claim it anywhere.

Monday 6:20 PM, Kim finds you on TikTok. She taps “20% off your first visit” on your Bio Page and types her name and mobile. It works on your booking page, a promo page and the check-in iPad too.

  2. A pass by text. No code.

“Hi Kim! Your 20% OFF first visit at My Nail Spa is ready: … When you come in, just use this phone number to get your 20% OFF.”

  3. Reminders that stop.

Tuesday: “Kim, your 20% OFF at My Nail Spa is waiting.” Wednesday she books Thursday 4:00 PM with Megan. The reminders stop right there.

  4. Checked in, then used.

Thursday 3:56 PM she checks in with her phone. Her phone shows a live “Checked in today · 3:56 PM” screen with a ticking clock, so an old screenshot can’t fake it. When her visit is marked Done, the gift is used.

  5. The desk can’t miss it.

A gift icon on the calendar. “New client · 20% OFF” on Turns, “20% OFF New Client Offer” in the check-in alert. Ring it up at your POS.

Example See who signed up, who booked, who checked in and who used it. “Needs a nudge” shows who hasn’t booked yet.

Refer a Friend

Your regulars bring their friends. Hayven handles the thank-you.

Every client gets their own invite link. A friend who opens it gets your first-visit offer. When the friend comes in, your client gets $10 off their next visit. No codes, no points, nothing for your desk to remember.

Example
  1. An invite, by text.

3 days after Tiffany’s visit, Hayven texts her a personal invite link. She shares it from her own phone. Hayven never asks her to type a friend’s number.

  2. Your friend gets your offer.

Olivia opens the link: “Tiffany sent you a gift.” The page says plainly that Tiffany gets $10 when Olivia comes in (US advertising rules ask for that). Olivia signs up, gets the same first-visit pass by text, and books online.

  3. Olivia comes in. Tiffany earns $10.

Friday 10:56 AM, Olivia checks in at the desk. When her visit is marked Done, her offer is used, and Tiffany gets a text that she has $10 off her next visit. At Tiffany’s next visit, the desk sees a heart on her calendar card and on Turns: “Take $10 off at your POS.” Mark the visit Done, and the reward is used. “Not today” saves it for later.

  • You set the amount. It starts at $10.
  • Each reward lasts 90 days, and several can go on one visit, up to its price.
  • Invites go only to clients who agreed to marketing texts, at most once every 90 days.
  • A QR card at your desk lets clients get their link on the spot.

Only real new friends count.

Hayven knows every client by phone. A friend who has been in before, or a client who refers themselves, never earns a reward. And a reward only becomes ready after the friend has really been in your salon.

Works because Hayven already runs your first-visit offer, your check-in and your calendar and Turns.

Promo campaigns

A promo page for every season. Texts that know when to stop.

Back to School, the holidays, a grand opening, a giveaway. We pick the occasion. Hayven builds the page with your logo, your Google reviews and a sign-up form.

  • Ready-made deal blocks: one big deal, price tiers, a deal list, raffle prizes, a gift card bonus, a free gift with a spend.
  • One tap makes the words shorter, warmer or punchier, or fixes the grammar.
  • Share it in ads and posts, or print a flyer with a QR code.
  • Every sign-up is saved with proof they agreed to texts.

A welcome text right away. A friendly nudge if they haven’t booked. A reminder before it starts and a last chance before it ends, if you want them. Once they book, the texts stop. Every text sits in the client’s conversation in your Inbox.

If they text back, the automatic texts step aside, so a person can take over.

Easier to run

  • Tap any part of the page preview, and the editor jumps right to it.
  • Set an event day, like your grand opening. People sign up before it, and Hayven can text them a reminder the day before.
  • Running more than one salon? Copy a promo to your other salons as a draft. Each copy uses that salon’s name and colors.
  • Promo over? Its link shows a friendly page with your Bio Page and Book button, so an old post never hits a dead end.
  • Grand opening
  • Back to School
  • Holiday
  • Giveaway
  • New guest offer
Example

Comment → DM

Someone comments “ME”. Your offer lands in their messages.

Post “Comment ME for 20% off.” When someone comments the word, Hayven answers their comment and sends them a private message (DM) with a button to your promo page. On Facebook and Instagram.

  1. Pick the post and the words. One post, up to 20 keywords, like ME, PRICE or GELX.

  2. A reply and a private message. Up to 10 friendly replies, picked at random, so every comment doesn’t get the same words. The message has up to 3 buttons: your promo page or any link you choose.

  3. Counted all the way to the chair. Each sign-up shows “Comment→DM” as where it came from, and its booking is marked on your calendar like any promo booking.

Old posts keep working. The button opens that promo’s page, or your Bio Page once the promo is over.

Results

Counted in visits. Not clicks.

Clicks don’t pay the bills. Hayven counts the clients who booked, who came in, and what their visits were worth.

Example

On your calendar.

When someone who signed up books with the same phone within 30 days, the calendar marks it “From Gel-X Fall Special”. Your desk can change it or add it, like for a walk-in who mentions the promo.

Where each person came from.

Hayven tells a paid Facebook or Instagram ad apart from a free post, your Bio Page, Google or a QR code. Each person gets one source, so the numbers add up.

A Comment → DM message counts as its own source too.

Return on ad spend (ROAS).

For every $1 spent on ads, how many dollars came back in visits.

3.1× Example $1,000 on ads → $3,100 in visits

Hayven counts only the people who came through your ads, so free posts and your Bio Page don’t puff up the number. Your Facebook and Instagram ad spend comes in by itself every day. Hayven only reads it. It never changes your ads.

Other ad spend? Our team adds it by hand.

Your ads learn who came in.

When you run Facebook or Instagram ads, Hayven tells Meta who signed up, who booked and who actually came in. Then Meta can look for more people like them. We set it up for you (it’s called the Meta Pixel and Conversions API).

If your Facebook tracking stops working, Hayven shows a “needs attention” banner, and you and our team get an email.

Google reviews

More 5-star reviews, asked at the right moment.

About an hour after a visit is marked Done, Hayven texts the client a link to your Google review page, while the visit is still fresh.

  1. 2:45 PM Done Jess’s Gel-X Full Set with Helen is finished.
  2. 3:45 PM Text

Hi Jess! Thanks for visiting My Nail Spa. If Helen did a great job, a quick Google review would mean a lot to us: …

Anything not right? Just reply to this text.

  3. 3:52 PM Tapped Jess opens your Google review page.
  4. Posted ★★★★★ Best Gel-X I’ve had. Helen is so careful.
Example
  • Never asks the same person twice in 90 days.
  • Stops for good once they’ve reviewed you.
  • One reminder if they don’t tap. Never two.
  • Asks go out between 9 AM and 8 PM.
  • Everyone gets the same Google link. Hayven never hides your review page from anyone.

Replies, drafted for you.

AI drafts a reply in your salon’s voice for each new review. Post it with one tap. Want it hands-off? Turn on auto-post for 4–5★ reviews. Low reviews always wait for you.

“Thank you, Jess! Helen will love hearing this. See you next time at My Nail Spa.”

Post replies to 4–5★ reviews automatically : Off

Example

A bad review? You hear first.

A 1–3★ review lands in “Needs attention”, and you get an email.

Google Ranking

See where you show up on Google Maps. Then move up.

When someone nearby searches “nail salon near me”, where are you? Every week Hayven checks 49 spots around your salon and shows you on a map.

Checked every week

A check-up for your Google profile.

Hayven scores it from 0 to 100 with 17 checks in 4 groups: found for “nail salon”, reviews, photos and posts, right info and easy booking. Then it writes the fixes: hours that match your real hours, your services with prices, a description, your booking link. You approve. Hayven updates Google. Your name and address are never changed for you.

Fresh every week.

Upload salon photos once. Hayven keeps the good ones (nail close-ups, your salon, techs at work), skips flyers and blurry shots, and posts one to Google every Monday and Thursday. It also writes 1–2 Google posts a week about your promos and services. You see them days ahead and can change or remove any.

  • Thu · 11 AM
  • Google post · Gel-X Fall Special
  • Coming soon Pull photos straight from your Instagram.
  • Coming soon A monthly report of how people found you on Google.

Nobody can promise you the #1 spot. Hayven does the steady work that helps: correct info, fresh photos, more reviews. And you see your map every week.

Leads & texting

Everyone who signed up, in one list. Texted the right way.

Leads are people who signed up for a promo or your first-visit offer. Hayven keeps one row per person, even if they signed up twice.

  • Filter by promo or date, or search by name or phone.
  • See who booked and who came in.
  • Text everyone who matches in one go.
  • Download the list as a spreadsheet.
  • See where each person came from: a paid ad, a free post, your Bio Page, Google or a QR code.
  • One word tells you what happened: Not booked, Booked, Came in, No-show or Cancelled. Filter by it, or by where people came from.
  • “Needs follow-up” shows who to call or text today. Text or call them in one tap.
  • A new sign-up who agreed to texts shows up in your Inbox right away, with the promo and where they came from, so your desk can answer fast.

Texting done right, so your number stays safe.

  • Texts go to people who said yes. Each yes is saved: the time, the exact words, the page and the device.
  • No promo texts from 8 PM to 8 AM, salon time. Stricter state rules, like Florida’s, are built in.
  • STOP works right away, every time.
  • Nobody gets two promo texts within 3 days.
  • Big lists go out in daily waves, and you see the cost before you send.
  • If too many texts get flagged as spam, Hayven pauses the send to protect your number.
  • Your number is registered with US carriers (10DLC: the sign-up businesses need to send texts). Promo texts wait until it’s approved.
  • Privacy and terms pages, set up for you.

FAQ

Questions owners ask about marketing.

Who runs my marketing?

Our marketing team, if you add done-for-you marketing. We set up your pages, offer, ads and texts, and keep them fresh. You can see everything in Hayven anytime.

Do I need to know marketing?

No. Tell us your best services and the deals you’re happy to give. We do the rest, and you see the results on your calendar.

Do I have to run ads?

No. Your Bio Page, first-visit offer, Google reviews and Google profile work without ads. Ads bring people in faster, and Hayven shows what they brought in.

Who pays for the marketing texts?

When our team runs your marketing, we do. The texts for your promos, your first-visit offer and the rest of your marketing are part of your marketing package.

Will you text my clients without asking them?

No. Promo texts go to people who agreed to them. STOP always works, and nothing goes out from 8 PM to 8 AM.

Can you get me to #1 on Google?

Nobody honest can promise that. We keep your profile correct and fresh, ask clients for reviews after their visits, and show you your map every week.

Do my clients have to book on Hayven?

For the full picture, yes. If a client books another way, add the visit to your Hayven calendar with the same phone number, and it still counts.

Can people cheat Refer a Friend?

Hayven knows every client by phone. A friend who has been in before, or a client who refers themselves, never earns a reward. And a reward is only ready after the friend has really been in.

What does it cost?

We’ll go over pricing on your demo.

Want more clients you can actually see?

Tell us a little about your salon. A real person from our team will reach out within one business day, in English or Tiếng Việt, to show you Hayven with your own menu.

Our demo form needs JavaScript. You can also call, text, or email us and we’ll set it up:
